SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR BLOGS:

  1. Submission must be original work of the Contributor.

  2. Submission must not be published or sent for consideration elsewhere.

  3. Co-Authorship is allowed for a maximum of two authors.

  4. Heavily plagiarised blogs will lead to immediate rejection of the submission.

  5. The name of the file must be the exact title of the article. Due to our non-disclosure policy, all authors are requested not to mention their names or any other personal details anywhere in the document sent to us.

  6. The name of the author/s must be clearly mentioned in the body of the email along with the institution they are affiliated to, year of study, the course pursued by them and their contact number.

  7. Submission must be made in .doc/.docx format only.

  8. For all selected submissions, due credits shall be given to the author(s) of the article on the website.

  9. All the submissions should be sent through email to publish.juls@gmail.com.

 

Word Limit:

  1. Submissions must be in the range of 1000-1500 words. The word limit may be relaxed based on the discretion of the Editorial Board of Unique Law.

 

Formatting:

  1. The Content must be written in Times New Roman in font size 12 with a line spacing of 1.5

  2. All sources must be hyperlinked instead of footnotes. For offline use sources kindly use Endnotes following OSCOLA style of Citation.

 

Review Process:

  1. The Editorial Board usually takes up to 14 Days for the review of submissions.

  2. The editors have the power to ask for certain editings in the paper if found plagiarised.

  3. Upon acceptance of the manuscript for blog publication, the same shall not be published on any other platform.​

  1. By posting a Blog, you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable and perpetual license and the right to republish, reproduce and edit your Blog or parts of it around the world and in any medium, notwithstanding any other clause of the Conditions. If you republish your blogs elsewhere, please include a hyperlink to Unique Law as the original place of publication.

  2. All content that is contributed to Unique Law becomes our copyright but is made available under the name of the author or expert.
